Good morning!
Here's what's happening with Alex today.
Alex talked about feeling nervous about the math test on Monday. Consider practicing some calming strategies together this weekend, like deep breathing or positive self-talk. The pals have been gently reinforcing these techniques.

๐ก Daily Hint for Pals
Leave a note for the pals to naturally bring up in today's first few chats. Expires at end of day.
๐ง Brain Time
Set a weekly learning-time goal. You and your child can log activities toward it, and in-app Homework Helper time counts automatically. When the goal is reached, your child sees a small celebration. The pals are never told about this.
๐ Pinned Messages
Send encouraging notes or reminders to your child. They'll see these in their organizer.

Basic Information
An animated friend that appears in the child's app
Turns off ambient motion in the child's app โ avatar animation, emotion sparkles, and pet movement. For kids who find motion distracting or overstimulating rather than fun.
A calm, minimal view: just the pal's face, what it's saying, and the message box โ no menus or extras. "Always" is the lowest-stimulation version of the app.
โ
"Ask each time": the child taps the camera button and you get an approval card on the Dashboard (Allow 5 / Allow 15 / Not now). When you grant a window, a camera button appears in the child's chat for that time. Photos are child-initiated snapshots (no video, no streaming) and show up in the conversation like any shared picture.
Same per-use model as the camera. "Ask each time": the child taps Make art and you get an approval card on the Dashboard (Allow 5 / Allow 15 / Not now) that opens a time window. Defaults to On.
